Strength, flexibility, and coordination
Fine motor skills (such as gripping and buttoning)

Techniques to manage fatigue

Education & Support
The therapist will provide:
Training for the safe use of adaptive tools (such as reachers)
Tips for pacing activities, ensuring safety, and protecting your joints
Guidance for caregivers and family when needed
The aim is to equip you with the knowledge and tools necessary to maintain your independence and safety.
