Occupational Therapist Assessment

The therapist will assess:

You will engage in specific exercises and activities designed to enhance:

  • Strength, flexibility, and coordination

  • Techniques to manage fatigue

All activities are customized to fit your goals and comfort.

Education & Support

The therapist will provide:

  • Training for the safe use of adaptive tools (such as reachers)

  • Tips for pacing activities, ensuring safety, and protecting your joints

  • Guidance for caregivers and family when needed
